One of the hardest tasks on Factland is finding good evidence that helps a jury come to a conclusive decision.

Indicators of good evidence

• Primary document or source
• Directly addresses the claim
• Reveals new information not contained in other evidence
• Is material to determining the veracity of the claim

Examples of bad evidence

• Rumors and hearsay
• Links to unknown sources
• Orthogonal to what's being claimed
